- This Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) announcement constitutes a SOURCES SOUGHT notice. Minimum Requirements for Briefing Rooms The Arizona Air National Guard, 162nd Fighter Wing has a requirement for 1-year lease of eight (8) open bay ground level modular buildings with an option to extend the lease up to 6 months after the original 1 year period. Container Dimensions: 10 feet wide (Minimum), 14 feet wide (Maximum) 20 feet long (Minimum), 30 feet long (Maximum) Container Interior Finish: Container interior must be open bay and finished for office space Drywall and Painted Neutral Colors (Walls and Ceiling) Minimum ceiling height of 7 feet Vinyl Tile Floors with minimum of 1 plywood sub-floor Minimum of two dual electrical outlets Minimum of one data jacks (CAT 5 minimum) Ceiling Lights Utilities: Circuit breaker panel (120/240 Volt, single phase) Exterior data port to allow 162FW Communications connectivity with base network. 162FW will be responsible for all networking and cabling requirements needed to connect to the base network. Doors: The building must provide one (1) door maximum entry/exit. The single door must be equipped with a standard lockset. Heating and Cooling System: 2 ton HVAC system (minimum) Container Exterior Finish/Construction: The modular building must be built of either a wood frame/stucco or metal. The building must be water tight and must withstand the season climate of Tucson, AZ. The exterior will provide a minimum of R-15 insulation. Repair/Maintenance: Vendor shall be responsible for all maintenance and repair of the unit. Any HVAC system or structural integrity issues will be handled within 48 hours from the time the vendor is notified. The contractor shall be responsible for all costs associated with repairing or replacing a unit. Delivery: Lease period is expected to start on or about 15 December 2010. Contractor shall deliver and connect the first container within seventy-two (72) hours of notification and complete delivery and installation of all 8 units within 10 business days. Contractor shall supply all necessary equipment and supplies to place and level the buildings. Contractor shall connect electricity to all eight (8) containers. The 162FW will provide junction boxes. In most cases, the junction boxes will be located within 25 feet of the building location. Removal: Once the lease period has expired, the contractor shall remove all eight (8) containers and associated equipment (electrical, dunning) within a seventy-two (72) hour period. This requirement will be issued against NAICS code - 321992, and the related Small Business Standard - 500 employees. This notice is for announcement only and serves to provide interested parties an opportunity to respond to the agency's requirements. It does not constitute an Invitation for Bids (IFB) or Request for Proposal (RFP); nor does its issuance restrict the Government in its ultimate acquisition.
