- Description
- Justification and Approval The Office of Military Commissions (OMC), Office of the Convening Authority, Office of the Chief Defense Counsel and Office of the Chief Prosecutor have requirements for courtroom security services to assist in the case preparation for OMC hearings for enemy combatants detained as a result of overseas contingency operations. Required services are for intelligence analysts, investigators, security advisors, and litigation security specialists. Analysts and Investigators are required to review various documents and records supporting the hearings. Security Advisors and Litigation Security Specialists are required for continuous information security monitoring of courtroom sessions and the handling of classified or sensitive information.
