- Sample Roof Report (PT. 2) Sample Roof Report (PT. 1) BASE YEAR Building Summary Data F10SOL10060 - Amendment #2 SPECIAL NOTE (10/05/10): Due to the tremendous level of input received from the bidding community through the extensive question submittal process, Solicitation F10SOL10060 is presently being refined. Amendment #02 will be released in the coming weeks to clarify various elements of the original scope; answer outstanding questions; and provide notice for a planned site visit. To this end, the previous bid submittal due date of October 8, 2010, is hereby extended, and the revised bid submittal due date shall be incorporated into the completed Amendment #02. SPECIAL NOTE (10/13/10): Attached is a copy of Smithsonian Institution SOLICITATION F10SOL10060 for Building Inspection Services related to the complete building envelope assessment of the roof, facade, skylights and curtain walls at assorted Smithsonian Institution Buildings. If you would, please review all of the attached documents in full (Standard Form-30 and its subsequent attachment) and, upon completion, return two (2) copies (1 properly marked "ORIGINAL" and 1 marked "COPY") of the required submittal "VOLUME I: COST PROPOSAL" and six (6) copies (1 properly marked "ORIGINAL" and 5 marked "COPY") of the required submittal "VOLUME II: TECHNICAL PROPOSAL" to the attention of the listed Specialist either by courier, or delivery service NO LATER THAN WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 3, 2010 AT 3:00 P.M. LOCAL WASHINGTON, D.C. TIME. A PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE, to include a SITE VISIT is scheduled for Friday, October 15, 2010, beginning at 8:30 A.M., at the SMITHSONIAN INSTITUTION CASTLE on the National Mall.
