- The Contractor shall provide all parts, labor, tools, equipment, materials, transportation and supervision necessary to construct four (4) offices in Room 165, in Building 200, at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, in accordance with the projects specifications, drawings, solicitation and contract documents. This project is being set-aside for all responsible and responsive HUBZone small business concerns under NAICS 236220 with a small business size standard of $33.5 million. All responsible and responsive HUBZone sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by this agency. This procurement will be solicited in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of FAR Part 13. THE REQUEST FOR QUOTES WILL BE AVAILABLE ELECTRONICALLY AT http://www.fedbizopps.gov ON OR ABOUT 27 OCTOBER 2010 AND QUOTES WILL BE DUE ON OR ABOUT 22 NOVEMBER 2010.
