- This amendment to the RFP-10-0017 responds to Industry inquiries: Q Is photography of the intended press space allowed? A The BEP prohibits any taking of pictures within the production facility. No photography will be allowed. Upon receipt of an executed Non-Disclosure Agreement, each company will receive a Wing layout. Q Are vendors allowed to register and bring three people? A At industry request, the BEP will increase the limit of personnel allowed to attend the site visit from two(2) to three (3) people. This allows for Sales/Tech and a representative from the rigger. Registration has been extended and now closes at 12 PM on Monday, October 18th. Those people not registered by that time will not be allowed to attend.
