- This Sources Sought is for information gathering and planning purposes only, and should not be construed as a Request for Proposal (RFP) or solicitation of an offer. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this Sources Sought or otherwise pay for the information solicited. Requesting Sources Sought The 47th Contracting Squadron, Laughlin AFB TX, is seeking information on an Infant Warmer that is designed to help provide a warm table for performing procedures on pediatric patients and shall include: Panda 3400 Standard Bed and Heater, with non-rotating metal/plastic standard drawer configuration 120V or equal (1 Ea) Instrument Shelf 12" x 12", Center Mounted (1Ea) Service Manual and Operation & Maintenance Manual for equipment (2 Ea) All information received will be treated as public knowledge; therefore, vendors should not submit proprietary information in response to this Sources Sought. Specific information sought includes: 1. Company information, including name, address, and web address. 2. Whether the company is a manufacturer or distributor. 3. A point of contact for follow-up information, and the point of contact's phone number and e-mail address. 4. Product name and a brief description (75 words or less). 5. Technical data regarding available products to include: specifications, performance data, associated drawings when available, energy storage options, etc. 6. Business Size Standard: Small or Large Business.
