- -AMENDMENT- NOTE: This is an amendment to the original synopsis posted on 11052009. There has been a reduction in contract quantity requirements as a result of a decrease in monthly demand. Solicitation number SPM1C1-11-R-0005 has been created as a result. This solicitation will result in an IDTC (Base plus three (3) Option Years) award. The Base and THREE (3) Option Years Min/Max Quantities are 10,965/54,825 pairs. Anticipated issuance date is on or after December 1, 2010. All materials used in fabrication are to be furnished by the successful bidder. All responsible sources may submit offers that DSCP will consider.
