- RFQ-BPD-11-0004 Combined Synopsis/Solicitation: The Bureau of the Public Debt in Parkersburg,WV has a requirement for Maintenance on Canon Model NP-980 Microfilm Reader Printers equipped with an FS Controller III. These reader printers are nearing their end of life and are being replaced as the government sees fit. As the reader printers are taken out of service this contract will be modified accordingly to adjust the list of equipment and the cost. See attached RFQ-BPD-11-0004. The Government intends to make one award from responses received. Award will be made to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable to the Government. Award will be firm-fixed price. Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing by 12:00 p.m. ET, Tuesday, October 12, 2010 to Attn: AZ-RFQ-BPD-11-0004 at psb2@bpd.treas.gov. Questions submitted after this deadline may not be answered. Responses are due by Thursday, October 14, 2010 at 3:00 PM ET as indicated on page 1, block 8. Interested offerors may register at http://www.fedbizopps.gov to receive notification when the solicitation and any amendments are issued and available for downloading. Please note that the General Services Administration provides the notification service as a convenience and does not guarantee that notifications will be received by all persons on the mailing list.
