- SRCC REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL - AG-3K06-S-11-0001 THIS SOLICITATION, NUMBER, AG-3K06-S-11-0001, REPLACES FISCAL YEAR 2010 SOLICITATION, NUMBER AG-3K06-S-10-0004. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Research Service (ARS) is soliciting qualified Small Business contractors to perform facility operations and maintenance support services at the Southern Regional Research Center (SRCC) located in New Orleans, Louisiana. All responsible sources may submit an offer in accordance with the terms and conditions of the attached Request for Proposal (RFP). This requirement is a 100% set aside for certified Small Business companies under NAICS - 561210 (Size standard $35.5M).
