- Solicitation SP4510-10-R-1008, Excess Property Management Notice amended to post solicitation content. Note there is a question deadline of 2:00 p.m. local time, October 15, 2010, and the offer due date of 2:00 p.m. local time, October 27, 2010. The Government is not obligated to answer questions received after this common cut-off date. The duration of the contract period is for a base period of 12 months starting 30 days from date of award or other approved starting time, whichever is earlier, and one 12-month option period. Offerors are also responsible for checking Federal Business Opportunities for any amendments issued prior to closing.
