- Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision to Mill, Repair Sub-base if needed, Resurface, and Repaint Roadway located at the Department of VA Medical Center, 510 Butler Avenue, Martinsburg, WV. This procurement is a 100% Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside. The work includes, but is not limited to, Mill, Repair Sub-base if needed, Resurface, and Repaint of approximately 21,000 square yards of roadway including the southern half of the Main Parking Lot and repair and resurface of the eastern section of the North parking lot. Estimated construction cost range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.00. The firm must be a General Construction firm approved under NAICS: 237310, size standard: $33.5 million. Prospective contractors must be registered and current in the following websites: http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov, http://www.ccr.gov, and https://orca.bpn.gov to be eligible for award.
