- Brand Name Justification Bill of Materials THIS IS A FISCAL YEAR 2011 REQUIREMENT TO BE FUNDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR 52.232-18, AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number is FA8604-11-M-7000. This solicitation and incorporated clauses/provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-45, Effective 30 Aug 2010 & Class Deviation 05o0001, DFARS Current to Change Notice 20100927 Edition. This solicitation incorporates the following clauses by reference: Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.212-01, 52.212-03, 52.212-04, 52.212-05, 52.22-50, 52.223-16, 52.232-18, Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) 252.212-7001, 252.227-7013, 252.227-7014, 252.232-7010, 252.232-7003 AF 5352.201-9101 OMBUDSMAN (Apr 2010) Clause Fill In: Howard E. Marks ASC/AQ 1755 11th Street, Bldg. 570, Rm. 101 Wright-Patterson AFB, OH 45433-7404 Phone: (937) 255-8642 E-mail: Howard.Marks@wpafb.af.mil. - This solicitation is full and open competition. - NAICS Code: 511210 The Offeror shall only provide a quote for the specific brand names listed. For the ease of reviewing all quotes, please keep all the part numbers in the same order as listed. Offeror must be an authorized reseller of items listed. Please note if manufacturer requires a licensee agreement to be signed by the Government, the terms and conditions of that agreement are required to be in compliance with all Federal Laws, Statutes, and the Federal Acquisition Regulation. Therefore, please modify accordingly and submit with your quote. Offeror must quote on all items or none. All items must be TAA compliant. THE AIR FORCE REQUIRES THAT RESPONDENTS PROPOSE OPEN MARKET PRICING ONLY. Please see the attached Bill of Materials and Brand Name J&A for the products requested. FOB Destination. The ship to address is: Attn: Mark Bough 88 MDSS/SGSI, 4881 Sugar Maple Dr, 1st Floor, Rm 1G2, WPAFB, OH 45433-5529 The period of maintenance coverage shall be from the start date listed on the Bill of Materials through 30 Sep 2011. Any reinstatement fees for items where the start date is past should be included in your proposal. Items where coverage starts after 1 Oct 2011 have no associated costs and are provided for overview information. Delivery schedule is thirty (30) days after receipt of order. Delivery is FOB Destination. Proposals shall be received at ASC/PKEIE, Attn: Timothy Hayes, 2275 D Street., Bldg. 16, Wright-Patterson AFB OH 45433, or by facsimile at (937) 656-7535, or e-mail at tim.hayes@wpafb.af.mil for receipt no later than 9:00 AM EST 22 Jul 2010.
