- Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract The National Capital Region Contracting Center (NCRCC, intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) FAR 6.302-1(a) (2) (ii) (A) Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The award will be made Syncsort Incorporated; 50 Tice Boulevard; Woodcliff Lake, NJ 07677 for renewal of a software license agreement. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a period of performance commencing on 01 October 2010 thru 30 September 2011. The NAICS code for this requirement is 511210 with a size standard of $25M. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is not a solicitation document. No RFP will be available for competitive proposals. Phone calls will not be accepted.
