THE NUMBER HAS BEEN CHANGED SINCE WE ARE IN A NEW YEAR, HOWEVER ALL DOCUMENTS, ATTACHMENTS, AND ANY INFORMATION IN THE PAST AND GOING FORWARD THAT REFERS TO FA8601-10-R-0030 WILL FALL UNDER FA8601-11-R-0080. ***** ***** PLEASE REVIEW, SIGN, AND RETURN AMENDMENT FA8601-11-R-0080-0001 WITH YOUR PROPOSAL. ***** SC/PKO, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, is hereby issuing a competitive solicitation, FA8601-11-R-0080, for a firm fixed price contract with one base year period and four one-year option periods for The Air Force Institute of Technology and the Air Force Research Laboratories custodial services at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio. Closing date for this requirement is NLT 02:00 PM (EST) on 29 October 2010. This acquisition of services is 100% HUB Zone set-aside. In order to qualify for this program, an offeror must be a certified Hub Zone prior to the closing date of the solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561720. The size standard is $16.5 million. A pre-bid site visit will be conducted at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH on Thursday, 14 October 2010 at 09:00 A.M., Eastern Daylight Savings Time (EDST). All the details of this site visit are included in Attachment 6, Instructions to Offerors. The Request for Proposal (RFP), the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and all other related documents are now available at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. All interested offerors must download documents from this web site. No hard copies will be available. All interested offerors are requested to electronically register in order to receive e-mail notification of updates to this solicitation.
