Description
Bid Schedule, Scope of Work, Technical and Special Provisions, Safety Requirements, and attachments Solicitation and Wage Determination U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Buffalo District is seeking to award one firm-fixed price contract for the repair of the Derrickboat McCauley. The repair process awards one single contract that requires the contractor to properly dry dock and repair the Derrickboat. This commercial acquisition shall be open to small business offerors only. This solicitation is small business set aside and there will not be a formal public bid opening. Contractor will bid on base contract line items and options; for more details please see Statement of Work attached to this solicitation. The Government will evaluate offers for award based upon the evaluation criteria specified in the solicitation. The Derrickboat shall be available no later than 19 November 2010. Project shall comply with all U.S. standards. Emailed proposals will be sent to walter.kamad@usace.army.mil by 4:00 PM on 20 October 2010. The solicitation documents will only be available via the Federal Business Opportunity Website at www.fbo.gov Hard copies will not be available. No written or fax requests will be accepted. It is the contractor's responsibility to monitor FBO for any amendments. Registration requirements (applicable to US firms only, as required by DFARS 204.7300), all US contractors must be registered in the Department of Defense Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Award will be made as a whole to one Offeror.
