- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District is soliciting offers under Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. W912BU-11-T-0002 for 35,000 gallons of # 2, Diesel Fuel Oil to be delivered by barge on 16 October 2010 at 7:00am to the Hopper Dredge McFarland located at Fort Mifflin Dock, Philadelphia, PA 19153. The RFQ will be available on or about 07 October 2010. This action will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Solicitation documents, plans and specifications will only be available via the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) homepage-https://www.fbo.gov. Offers will be due on 12 October 2010 at 1:00 pm eastern time and may be faxed to (215) 656-6780. Quotes should include pricing and certifications and representations. Offerors are responsible for printing paper copies of the RFQ. This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. The North Atlantic Industrial Classification (NAIC) for this procurement is 454311 with a size standard of 50 employees. Affirmative action to ensure equal employment opportunity is applicable to the resulting contract. No other notification to firms for this project will be made. All contractors must be registered in the DODs Central Contractor Register (CCR) before award as required by DFARS 204-7300.
