- Description
- The Government has awarded a Firm-Fixed-Price contract to the National Resource Center for Participant Directed Services (NRCPDS) located at Boston College Graduate School of Social Work. This contractor has been identified as the sole supplier that can provide all services sought under this requirement. 1. Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the deliverables described in the statement of work (SOW), except as otherwise specified. The purpose of this project is to; a. Train Veterans Affairs Medical Centers (VAMC) and Veteran Integrated Service Network (VISN) staff on the concepts and principles of participant veteran directed services; b. Assist VAMC and VISN staff in determining when local agencies have met readiness requirements prior to purchasing services from these agencies; c. Provide VAMC and VISN staff with "as needed" technical assistance up to 100 hours per month; and d. Provide Veterans Affairs Central Office (VACO), VISN and VAMC staff with expertise of senior clinicians with experience in both Veterans Affairs (VA) and community long-term care systems. 2. Performance Period: The period of performance will commence upon award. This contract shall contain a nine month base period plus three one-year option periods.
