Description
Washington River Protection Solutions, LLC (WRPS) is interested in Waste Retrieval Remote Monitoring Camera Systems (RRMCAM). Please review the information below. If your company meets the minimum qualifications and is interested in submitting a proposal for a future WRPS solicitation submit the requested information below under the section named Expression of Interest submittals. The four (4) new Waste Retrieval Remote Monitoring Camera (WRRMCAM) systems, will be mobile, wireless, camera systems powered by direct current (DC) with solar and alternating current (AC) power backup. All systems, structures, and components will be commercially available, off-the-shelf, and be capable of providing stable and reliable camera system operation. The camera systems will be mounted on a retractable mast attached to an integrated, mobile, self-contained platform (trailer) for ease of movement and maintenance. The end-user will be able to remotely view video images using the wireless camera systems from a desktop web-application using a personal computer connected to the Hanford Local Area Network (HLAN), using a CISCO1242 Series 802.11b wireless integrated bridge. A second monitor is desirable to control the pan/tilt functions. UL certification required for camera and light system. All electrical components must be NRTL, rated for outdoor use in -20 to +120 degrees F. Camera is to be mounted on an adjustable 20 foot mast, able to withstand 40 mph winds with 80 mph gusts. Unit lighting shall be capable of illuminating a work area 40 yards away to 5 - 10 foot candles. Camera (suggest SONY model SNC-RX550N) shall have visual clarity for reading two (2) inch letters at 300 feet and must integrate with Sony Realshot Manager Monitoring software. System shall be mounted on a trailer with 2 inch adjustable ball hitch, maximum trailer size of 16 feet long, 6.5 feet wide and 8 feet high when mast is not deployed. Max payload of 3,500 pounds.
