- Update to Pre Solicitation Notice September 27, 2010 THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS This notice is an update to the pre solicitation notice posted via FedBizOpps on August 27, 2010 for the Naval Aviation Test and Evaluation University (Solicitation number: N00421-10-R-1046) This notice is being issued due to a change in acquisition strategy. The resultant contract award is anticipated to be a multiple award indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with awards being made to multiple vendors. It was the Government's intention to release solicitation N00421-10-R-1046 on or about September 13, 2010. The Request For Proposals (RFP) has not been released. It is anticipated that an RFP will be released in the near future. The solicitation and related documents will be made available via FedBizOpps.
