- PR 0025880628, NSN: 5826010043346, Encoder, Incremental, unit of issue is Each (EA), and is in accordance with Drawing Number 12115 7312-9010, Amend Number M DTD 76 Aug 09, with Type Number 7312-9010-1. Direct access to defense and federal specifications, standards, and related standardization documents is available on the Internet via http://assist.dapsmil or http://www.dodssp.daps.mil. Solicitation will be issued as an Unrestricted, Firm Fixed One Time Buy without a quantity option requirement since the current requirement will fill the current demand, at Full and Open procedures. No commercial item determination is needed as this item is not commercial per SAP 01 October 2010. The quantity requested for this requisition is ten. Cost and pricing data is not required as the requirements of FAR 32.5 have not been met. Progress payments will not be included as this requisition has not met the requirements. Economic Price Adjustment is not applicable. FOB is Origin. Inspection/Acceptance is at Origin. Government First Article Testing Applies. First Article requirement is two units. Quantity Variance is plus or minus 0%. Required delivery is 150 days ARO based on PLT and FAT requirements. PR Line 0001 for a quantity of 10 has a tentative destination due to FMS requirement. CLIN line 9906 is for a quantity of 2 for the FAT requirement with a destination of Robins AFB, GA. This item is not a critical application item or a Critical Safety Item (CSI) per SAP 01 October 2010. ABVS applies. The synopsis will be issued on 05 October 2010. Solicitation will be issued 20 October 2010. Closing date will be 19 November 2010. Estimated award date is 17 December 2010. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
