- Q. Are bidders' proposals due 30 days from release of the Draft RFP? 30 daysfrom the final FRP that is yet to be released? What is the expected date ofrelease for the Final RFP? A. Proposals will be due 30 days after the release of the Final RFP. Thefinal RFP will be posted in the near future. Q. Please confirm that the 100 page limitation applies to Volumes 1, 2, and 3which are the Technical, Price and Past Performance Volumes. A. Volumes 1, 2, and 3 which are Technical, Price, and Past Performance havea combined limit of 100 pages. Q. This RFP section also states a maximum of 5 foldouts for Volume I (of whichProducibility is only a subpart) is acceptable. Please clarify. A. Each volume (excluding Volume 3) allows 5 foldout pages. In addition theproducibility sub volume allows 10 foldout pages for itself.
