- J&A for spars and rigging packages for Leadership 44 Sailing Craft. United States Coast Guard (USCG) has a requirement on a sole source basis to procure a minimum of four, maximum of eight, complete rig packages (mast, boom, spinnaker pole, standing rigging, running rigging) for the Leadership 44 Sail Training Craft over a 3 year period (base year and 2 yearly option periods) for the United States Coast Guard Academy (USCGA) in New London, CT. The spars and rigging packages will be purchased from Morris Yacht, Inc. for incorporation into the Leadership 44 vessels.
