- Description
- Amendment 0001 DLA Energy intends to competitively award four (4) premium unleaded gasoline line items, four (4) diesel line items and eight (8) aviation gasoline line items to be delivered on a destination basis to various locations within Iraq. The total estimated quantity of fuel to be delivered for these line items totals 52,243,920 USG. This is a multi-year procurement. Period of performance is base year of 01 Aug 2011 through 31 Jul 2012 with two one year option periods from 01 Aug 2012 through 31 Jul 2013 and 01 Aug 2013 through 31 Jul 2014. The Solicitation and Offeror Submission Package documents will be posted on or about 7 October 2010. Primary point of contact: Kim Bass, 703-767-8476. The Government shall have the right to extend this contract on the same terms and conditions one or more times for a total of no more than six months. Notice of contract extension will be furnished to the Contractor not later than 30 days prior to expiration of the contract ordering period or any extension thereof. Nothing in this clause precludes the Contractor from agreeing to an extension of the contract if the DLA ENERGY Contracting Officer fails to issue the notice prior to 30 days before the end of the ordering period.
