- NSN:5975012141355, Flexible Metal Conduit, unit of issue is Each (EA), in accordance with Part Number 750-084-20, Glenair Inc, CAGE 06324, Part Number SM83-05, Servicair/BW Elliott MFG CO LLC., CAGE 15285, Part Number 023700-HP0625, DCX-CHOL Enterprises Inc, CAGE 30463, and Part Number 71350-62-31, FMH Corporation, CAGE 99755. End item application: Support equipment for Nuclear Ships. No commercial item determination is needed as this item is not commercial per SAP on 05 October 2010. Solicitation will be issued as an Indefinite Quantity Contract, Firm Fixed Price with one base year plus four option years. This is solicited as a 100% Small Business Set Aside, full and open competition after exclusion of sources. Surge & Sustainment requirements do not apply for this requirement per IBMS Website inquiry on 05 October 2010. Cost and pricing data is not required due to the dollar value. Progress payments will not be included per IBMS Website inquiry on 05 October 2010. Economic Price Adjustment is not applicable. For 5975012141355, pricing will be based on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) Quantity which is 1,908 EA for the base and option years. The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity (Base Year Only) is 477 EA. The Maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 2,862 EA for the base and each option year. The Minimum/Maximum per order for the base and option years is 477/1,908 EA. This is a Critical Application Item (CAI). This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI) per SAP interrogation 05 October 2010. EEO Clearance is not required as the dollar has not been met. A small business subcontracting plan is not required as the dollar value threshold has not been met. This is being solicited with FOB at Destination. The Inspection and Acceptance is at Destination. ABVS applies. Quantity Variance is plus or minus 0%. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The required delivery is 65days ARO per IBMS inquiry. DLA-Direct delivery will be to New Cumberland, PA & Tracy, CA only. The solicitation issue date is 20 October 2010. The closing date is 19 November 2010.
