- Services Non Personal: The Air Force intends to award a competitive contract for the following services: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment personal protective equipment and clothing, hearing protection, eye protection including prescription safety glasses, materials and parts, transportation and other incidentals necessary to travel to Tinker AFB, OK, to perform Preventive Maintenance (PM), Calibration and Remedial Maintenance (RM) on the Malvern CVOR-200 Rheometer. The contractor shall be responsible for insuring all services and parts provided under this contract are in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein and conform to the manufacturer's equipment specifications and the Performance Work Statement (PWS). A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is contemplated. The period of performance is: Base Year 29 Oct 2010 - 28 Oct 2011 Option I 29 Oct 2011 - 28 Oct 2012 Option II 29-Oct 2012 - 28 Oct 2013 The estimated award date is: 28 October 2010. Request for Quote (RFQ): FA8125-11-Q-0004 This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), for a firm fixed price type contract. The Oklahoma City-Air Logistics Center (OC-ALC/PKEA) at Tinker Air Force Base Oklahoma intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government (best value). Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. ORCA registration is also required and contractors can register electronically at https://orca.bpn.gov. The NAICS code for this requirement is 334516 with a size standard of 500 employees.
