- NSN:5975012141357, Flexible Metal Conduit, unit of issue is Foot (FT), in accordance with Part Number 750-084-32, Glenair Inc, CAGE 06324, Part Number SM83-08, Servicair/BW Elliott MFG CO LLC., CAGE 72166, Part Number 023700-HP1000, DCX-CHOL Enterprises Inc, CAGE 30463, and Part Number 71350-100-31, FMH Corporation, CAGE 99755. No commercial item determination is needed as this item is not commercial per SAP on 05 October 2010. Solicitation will be issued as an Indefinite Quantity Contract, Firm Fixed Price with one base year plus four option years. This is solicited as Unrestricted, other than full and open competition. Surge & Sustainment requirements do not apply for this requirement per IBMS Website inquiry on 05 October 2010. Cost and pricing data is not required due to the dollar value. Progress payments will not be included per IBMS Website inquiry on 05 October 2010. Economic Price Adjustment is not applicable. For 5975012141357, pricing will be based on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) Quantity which is 3,588 FT for the base and option years. The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity (Base Year Only) is 897 FT. The Maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 5,382 FT for the base and each option year. The Minimum/Maximum per order for the base and option years is 894/3,588 FT. This is not a Critical Application Item (CAI) or a Critical Safety Item (CSI) per SAP interrogation 05 October 2010. EEO Clearance is not required as the dollar has not been met. A small business subcontracting plan is not required as the dollar value threshold has not been met. This is being solicited with FOB at Destination. The Inspection and Acceptance is at Destination. ABVS applies. Quantity Variance is plus or minus 0%. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The required delivery is 46 days ARO per IBMS inquiry. DLA-Direct delivery will be to New Cumberland, PA & Tracy, CA only. The solicitation issue date is 20 October 2010. The closing date is 19 November 2010.
