Provided for reference. 1. This is a replacement notice for RFP 2010-N-12091. 2. The closing date for receipt of offers is extended from 15 October 2010 to 20 October 2010. 3. Sections B, C, E and J of RFP 2010-N-12091 hereby revised in this notice. 4. All Inquiries, in accordance with Section L.11 of the RFP, were due to the Contracting Officer in writing on 24 Sept 2010. The Past Performance Questionnaire, in accordance with Section L.7 of the RFP, was due on 29 Sept 2010. E.2 Evaluation of Contractor Performance Services provided under each task order issued will be surveillance by the Government to determine whether the contractor is effectively and efficiently complying with all terms and conditions stated therein. The Government will use the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) to surveillance contractor performance. It will be provided at contract award.
