- The General Services Administration seeks approximately 10,687 - 11,221 usable square feet of office space within the city of Mission Viejo, California. The proposed lease term is ten (10) years, five (5) years firm and should be fully serviced. A single tenant or multi-tenant facility are both acceptable; available space must provide 28 parking spaces for Government vehicles, in addition to allotted parking per city code. Building offered for consideration must be of sound and substantial construction. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building owner. Subleases are not acceptable. Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing and should include the following information at a minimum: -Building name and address -Location of space in the building and date it will be available -Drawing of space offered -Rentable square feet offered -Common Area Factor used to determine the RSF -Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized contact If you have space that meets or exceeds the above requirements, please email the requested information above to samantha.singleton@gsa.gov.
