- REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 24,312 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet of contiguous office and related space in Miami, Florida. Lease term is ten years, 5 years firm. The space must be located within the delineated area noted below: North: NW 6th St/NE 6th St South: SW 3rd St East: Biscayne Blvd. West: NW 2nd Ave Location must also be within two blocks of the Metro Downtown Loop Five (5) parking spaces shall be reserved and secured for official government vehicles. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Site must be located outside the 100-year flood plain. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership. Expressions of interest should include 1) Building name and address to include the full nine (9) digit zip code, 2) Available square feet and rate per square foot, 3) Common area factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable, 4) Rentable and ANSI/BOMA square feet offered, and 5) Owner's name and address and written statement from owner that the offeror has legal authority to provide information on the property.
