- This is a Pre-solicitation Notice. The Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center (RLR VAMC), Indianapolis, IN will be contracting for an Air Handler Unit Coil Cleaning and Filter Changing Program. Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment and materials to effectively and safely perform the requirements of the Statement of Work in accordance with all applicable VA, state, federal and local guidelines. Solicitation will be posted to GSA E-Buy and only Federal Supply Schedule contrators will be considered. Estimated solicitation date is October 5, 2010 with an estimated award date of October 25, 2010. The intended contract is for a one-year base period ending September 30, 2011 with four (4) one (1) year option periods.
