- PRON: AX0C0231AX. The Government proposes to acquire on a three-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract a minimum quantity of up to maximum Actuator, Electro-Me, NSN: 1680-01-408-7445, Part Number: 145C6100-4, applicable to the BK CH -47 (Chinook), with deliveries to Red River Army Depot, TX. Forecasted quantities are: 1st Year, 49 each; 2nd Year, 100 each and the 3rd Year, 100 each. The required delivery is 49 each, 450 days after contract award (DACA). This item is restricted to The Boeing Company, Cage 77272. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge, by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request SAMSAR. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
