- The Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for 1 year of PBS Professional Floating Annual Lease Software License and Support for 3,584 users, P/N PBS-FLT-AN; 1 year PBS Professional Floating Annual Lease Software License and Support (Hyper-Threading Cores) for 2,048 users, P/N PBS-FLT-AN. (Microsoft IE required). Items must be Brand Name or Equal. Additional specifications and opening and closing dates will appear in the RFQ. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Copies of issued solicitations can only be obtained by downloading them from the Supply and Information Services Division website http://supply.nrl.navy.mil. This requirement will be available for downloading the 16 th day after publication of this synopsis. Prior to this date you will not be able to access this solicitation. Note: All offerors will be ineligible for award unless they have registered in DOD's Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database.
