- This requirement is open for Blank Purchase Agreement (BPA) holders on the metropolitan area. The U.S. Army Reserve Contracting Center, Directorate of Contracting, Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico has a REQUEST FOR QUOTE No. W912C3-11-Q-N001 for Lodging and Related Services for the Yellow Ribbon Event. The date of the event is 14-17 Oct 2010. LODGING EVENT LOCATION is PUERTO RICO. Contractor is to provide: Approximate Lodging is 50 rooms per night, one (1) Banquet/Conference Room to accommodate 75 people, One (1) Conference Rooms to accommodate approximate 30 people each, Four (4) Conference Rooms to accommodate approximate 15 people each Meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Break Refreshments) for 75 people. The due date to submit your quote is Oct 8, 2010; 10:00 AM. The North American Industry Classification System (NAIC) code is 721110. The size standard is $7 million.
