- The Regional Contracting Office, Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH) is soliciting sources to procure sodium flouride which is a water treatment chemical for drinking water. Description: 520 each Sodium Flouride 20/40 Mesh, 50 lb bag delivery will be made as needed. This procurement will be competed on an unrestricted basis. The anticipated contract will be firm fixed-price. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest price, technically acceptable quote. This requirement is subject to the availabiity of funds in accordance with FAR 52.232-18 (Availability of Funds). The RFQ can be downloaded from the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) website.
