- Description
- The Albuquerque Indian Health Service, Santa Fe Indian Hospital (SFIH), will be negotiating exclusively with Total Network Solutions LLC, 5305 Southfort Dr. SW, Albuquerque, NM 87105, for Preventive Maintenance Agreement Services to be provided at the Santa Fe Indian Hospital, located at Santa Fe, New Mexico. Contractor will provide Preventive Maintenance Agreement Services for the Mitel SX 200 EL Telephone and Voice Mail system. The proposed Blanket Purchase Agreement will be awarded for a base year commencing on or about October 1, 2010 and end on September 30, 2011, with four one year option renewals contingent upon availability of funding. A Request for Quote package is not available to the public for this acquisition. This procurement is announced for public information only.
