- BSM PR 0027985330. This is a Firm Fixed Price Contract solicitation for one NSN. This solicitation will consist of the following NSN: 1560-01-582-8586, Bulkhead, Aircraft, IAW Northop Grumman (CAGE 0JRC1), part number 2-11201-503. FOB Destination. This is not a Critical Safety Item. It is a stock buy. Origin Inspection is required. Requested delivery is 200 days ARO or best possible for the production units. This procurement is being solicited as an Unrestricted procurement. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Other-than Full and Open competition applies. Configuration Control applies. Critical Item Application applies. Export Control applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A paper copy of this Solicitation will not be available to requestors. Anticipated issue date is October 19, 2010. The solicitation will be posted on DIBBS at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil and will close on or about November 18, 2010.
