- BSM PR 0027952647. This is a Firm Fixed Price Contract solicitation for one NSN. This solicitation will consist of the following NSN: 1560-01-584-7986, Longeron, IAW Northop Grumman (CAGE 0JRC1), drawing 3-11752 Rev 'H', part number 3-11752-507. FOB Destination. This is not a Critical Safety Item. It is a stock buy. Origin Inspection is required. Requested delivery is 200 days ARO or best possible for the production units. This procurement is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Full and Open competition applies. Configuration Control applies. Critical Item Application applies. Export Control applies. This item contains a Government First Article requirement. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A paper copy of this Solicitation will not be available to requestors. Anticipated issue date is October 19, 2010. The solicitation will be posted on DIBBS at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil and will close on or about November 18, 2010.
