- Space Alteration project at the Leo O'Brien Federal on the 7th floor. Please contact our office for the project's specification and drawings. All contractors must be registered in the CCR and ORCA in order to obtain the project specifications. The project range is between $25,000 and $100,000. A site visit is scheduled on October 12, 2010 at 2:00pm, all contractors need to meet at room 826 for the site visit. Attendance at the site visit is highly recommended. The project is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds.
