- The Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement to increase the value of the contract with Clean Harbors Environmental Services on a sole source basis to provide continued necessary services until a new contract can be competitively awarded. It is anticipated that a new contract will be competitively awarded within the next six months. The competitive procurement will be synopsized via the Federal Business Opportunities website. A contract 'bridging' modification is required to provide continued support until the new contract is awarded. No solicitation will be issued in response to this synopsis.
