- RECOVERY PROJECT# RM09-3265 ADVANCE METERING INSTALLATION, NAVAL AIR STATION FALLON, NEVADA, PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE, FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE TO CONTRACTOR UNDER N62583-08-D-0136, SERVICES TO PROVIDE FOR ADVANCE METERING INFRASTRUCTURE (AMI) REQUIREMENTS. A J&A was approved to solicit to one (1) contractor listed on this MAC: American Systems Corporation, (703) 968-5182. Summary of Project Scope: Installation of AMI meters and connection to the existing Data Acquisition System (DAS) via the PSNet communications infrastructure for the NAS Fallon is covered under this RFTOP. All AMI meters covered under this RFTOP shall seamlessly integrate and communicate with the Navy Region Southwest regional DAS infrastructure installed under different contract (Contractor shall familiarize himself with the existing DAS). All existing servers and workstations shall have hardware and software to allow remote administration including but not limited to turn on, shut down, and restart. The system will communicate using PSNet. The existing computer workstations shall be able to configure the meters and obtain the meter data, including waveforms. The existing system shall respond within 5 seconds to an operator request at any workstation. A one megabyte data file containing the meter data or waveform shall be downloaded to the workstation within 5 seconds as the DAS is polling the meters and 2 workstations are being utilized. All data communication and network infrastructure of newly installed meters shall be seamlessly integrated with the existing PSNET and data acquisition system (DAS).
