- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): Blackhawk Ventures, LLC, W9126G-09-D-0014 Firm Fixed Price Task Order under a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for a Mission Enhancement project consisting of the reconfiguration of the existing Main Building, construction of a new Outbound Head House, and other various site improvements at the Falcon Dam Land Port of Entry (LPOE) located in Falcon Heights, TX. The purpose of this work is to provide increased security at the port in order to facilitate the safe and efficient processing of vehicles, passengers and pedestrians returning from Mexico into the United States. The subject facility is a small southern LPOE that is situated on a parcel of land, approximately 3 acres, and is surrounded by rural land. This port which processes only POV traffic was originally build in 1953. The proposed interior and exterior areas of disturbance for this project is approximately 565 square feet and 16,500 square feet, respectively.
