- THIS IS A SPECIAL NOTICE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A TEMPORARY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING AT MASSACHUSETTS NATIONAL CEMETERY IN BOURNE, MASSACHUSETTS. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), National Cemetery Administration intends to negotiate on a sole source basis pursuant to 38 USC 8127(c) and Public-Law 109-461. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision for the Design/Build Project to establish a Temporary Administration Building at Massachusetts National Cemetery. COST MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. CONTRACT DURATION: The performance period is approximately 60 calendar days from date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed. NAICS: 236220SIZE STANDARD: $33.5 million METHOD OF AWARD: THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE FIRM-FIXED-PRICE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT UNDER PL 109-461 TO A SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED (SDVOSB) SMALL BUSINESS.
