- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24. This is a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 333319. The small business size standard is 500 employees. Description of requirement/delivery and acceptance and FOB point 1 (One) Each High Pressure Jetter 4 cycle engine, turbocharged 30 Horsepower Engine 4,000 PSI 10 GPM inch hose diameter 300 foot hose on a reel 3 Pump Cylinders 300 Gallon Tank Jump Jet and flow bypass valve Interchangeable nozzles Mounted on a single axle trailer, with some lockable tool and accessory storage boxes, lockable control panel, hand crank jack stand with a dolly wheel that pivots out of the way when the trailer is hooked up to a vehicle, as well as the standard safety features needed on a trailer (appropriate lighting, reflectors, safety chains, break away brakes, etc.). 1 (One) Each, Delivery to Bureau of Reclamation2764 Compass Drive, Suite 106Grand Junction, CO 81506*Give estimated delivery date The following clauses, by reference have the same force and effect as if they were given in full text.
