- The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) awarded an order against GSA Schedule Contract Number GS-23F-0060M with Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide entitled: AHRQ Publicity Center. The order was awarded in the amount of $26,375,492 ($17,999,988 of Recovery Act funds for the base period of three years plus$8,375,504 for 2 one year options, if exercised, to be funded with non-Recovery Act funds). This order is to enhance the ongoing efforts to publicize and market comparative effectiveness research reports and associated materials to specific audiences, including health care providers and health care consumers. This project was awarded as a Time and Materials Order. There are many uncertainties involved in project performance that did not permit costs to be estimated with sufficient accuracy to have issued a fixed-price order.
