- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This project is funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. A firm-fixed priced contract modification was awarded to Robbert Construction Inc. for the RECOVERY-Repair Mechanical System project at the Avian Disease and Oncology Laboratory, East Lansing, MI. The original contract was awarded through the sealed bid competitive process in accordance with FAR Part 14. The purpose of this modification is to incorporate proposed change orders 3 through 7 for replacement of a gas regulator, relocation of VFD, installation of an emergency shutdown switch, and installation of a safety pressure switch for equitable adjustment of $8,180.00 This opportunity is available only to Robbert Construction Inc under the current contract number AG-5114-C-10-0019, Modification 0003.
