- CDRLs that may apply to calls Technical Matrix For BPA RFP Multiple Award BPA Power Supplies THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for Power Supply Products. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation announcement that will be published. Proposals are being requested. The NAVAIR intends to issue multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for the acquisition of various items of power supply equipment. The BPAs will be issued IAW the terms and conditions contained in the RFP with attachments and exhibits. The BPAs will remain valid for 5 years IAW all terms and conditions contained in the RFP. BPA calls (an order utilizing a BPA) will be placed by the individual orders solicited via an RFQ. Shipping will be FOB Destination, and a default delivery address for the orders will be in St. Inigoes, Maryland, unless specified otherwise in the RFQ. The closeout for this solicitation is Octoberr 29, 2010 ant 3pm Eastern.
