- FOR MORE INFORMATION CONTACT Sandra Dill, 443-861-2937 Sandra Dill, Logistics Management Specialist, 443-861-2937 Title: GUARDRAIL CHALS-C Antennas CECOM/ GUARDRAIL weapon system teams plans to enter into an agreement to have two (2) CHALS-C Antennas built in support of the GUARDRAIL system. This will be a onetime buy. The USG does not have drawings for the equipment. This equipment contains proprietary data that is only the property of the Original Equipment Manufacturer. A list of the equipment is available on request. All interested parties considering submission in support of this request should submit a white paper no greater than 10 pages in length and should include at a minimum the following information: 1) Provide evidence of the contractors facilities and experience with building the above mentioned antenna. 2) Provide evidence of past performance on similar projects in support of the requested work. 3) The contractor must show knowledge of the GUARDRAIL weapon system and past history with build of CHALS-C Antennas in support of this system. This documentation may be mailed to US Army, Commander CECOM LCMC, IEWS-ILS-IAC, Building 6006, Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD 21005 to the attention of Sandra Dill. Documentation may also be sent to electronic address sandra.dill@us.army.mil. To be considered as part of the market research database, documentation should be received no later than 15 October 2010. No phone inquire will be accepted either as a response to this action or for information or questions prior to submission of your response.
