Description

RECOVERY: ARRA Infrastructure Funds. Architect/Engineer will provide rework of Bldg. 40, Inclusion of Bldg. 50 and removal of Bldg. 26. Also, Access roads and Security Fence, and Phase 1 Utilities and Tunnels. A/E will provide bidding documents for the Adaptive Reuse and Security Fence/Gatehouse. Interior Acchitectural Services and completion of PDL on the St. Elizabeths Technology Systems Master Plan. This Special Award Notice is provided for INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The General Service Administration, National Capital Region, has issued a Modification using the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Funds to add funding to an existing Contract No. GS11P10MKC0045. The project is the Design of the United States Coast Guard in Washington, DC. The ARRA Modification PC50 to this contract is issued to obligate Contract Funding.
