- Description
- The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), 8601 Adelphi Road; College Park, MD 20740, intends to issue a Sole Source purchase order to American Power Conversion Corporation as a result of known risks in the supply chain including gray market suppliers under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). The Justification and Approval will be posted 14 days after the order is issued. The purchase order will be a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order with delivery of items to occur within 30 days of receipt of order. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 335999 and the Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
