Description
Evaluation Scenario w/Quantities for Evaluation Purposes ONLY Submitted Questions w/Answers Document CLIN-SLIN Description Document J-5 Section B Pricing Table Released RFP Amendment 2 DISA/DITCO has a requirement for Capacity Services Communications (CSC). This procurement is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. A firm fixed price, single- award performance based capacity services contract will be awarded. The award will be based on a "Best Value" evaluation process. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is HC102810R2039. The NAICS code is 541519. The CSC infrastructure services requirement includes maintenance, technical support and technical refresh of present communications equipment at both DISA and other DISA-approved sites. For all new applications the service provider will acquire, install, uninstall, transport, power up configuration, and provide all necessary hardware (cabinets/racks/cabling), hardware maintenance, communications operating software and services to support the communication infrastructure. The lifecycle cost of this ID/IQ contract is estimated not to exceed $195 million and will include a 5-year base period and three 1-year option periods; for a total service life of 8 years. Attached is Request for Proposal (RFP) HC1028-10-R-2039, and its attachments: Equipment List, Quality Assurance Plan (QASP), DD 254, Non-Disclosure Agreements, and Pricing Tables. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43. All proposals must be submitted no later than 10AM CST, 27 Oct 2010 through the DITCO Contracting Opportunities web site as directed in the RFP, Section L, Instructions to the Offerors, para. 2.1.4. WAWF invoicing procedures will apply to the resultant award.
